LACKING ENERGY, FEELING SLUGGISH, DRAINED – TRY RICE WATER

Need some energy try rice water.
RICE WATER FOR ENERGY
I don’t know about you, but I’ve been trying for years to find a way to have more energy during the day. As I get older I notice my energy levels were not the same at all. I was feeling sluggish, drained all the time. Especially when I must go out of the house to work.
I’ve tried different things that has helped. One of the things I tried was Rice Water, and yes it really does work.
UP AT 4:30 am
I had to be at work at 6:30, so that meant waking up at 4:30 so I can leave out at 5:30 because it took and hour for me to drive to work.
So, because of getting up so early, around 10:30 am, I would start feeling exhausted. In doing some research I came across an article about Rice Water and energy.
I was skeptical because I never heard about Rice Water being an energy source, but I was desperate. I bought my bag of rice, regular white grain rice then I put about 2 quarts of water in a pot let it come to a boil and then I put in a cup of rice. I would boil the rice between five to ten minutes then turn off the stove let the rice sit in water until it cooled down. Once cooled down you can drink it. In order to take it at work I put the Rice Water in a water bottle.
FEELING DRAINED BY 10:30 am
The first couple of days I didn’t feel any increase in energy but later that week I did not feel as tired around the 10:30 am mark. I continued drinking the rice water until my assignment ended and it really did help me get through some tiring days.
I hate when I’m at work and I just feel like I am dragging, that is the worst. Especially, when I would wake up during the night and could not get back to sleep, drinking the Rice Water helped a lot.
So, if you need a little energy boost, give Rice Water a try. You can use basically any rice you choose. In my research they all can give you energy.
Please do your own research on the subject because it does work, I know it worked for me!
Let me know if drinking rice water worked for you.
